Included in your stay – daily breakfast and daily housekeeping. All day dining menu available and dinner upon request. Laundry available to guests, charged by item.
Transport and airport transfers can be arranged, by request. Concierge service available.

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, 10% is non-refundable. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received.
Doornberg reserves the right to refuse entry to the property should the number of your party exceed the number stated on the Booking Confirmation
Cancellation period during Summer & Normal Season – 21 days cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 21 days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refundable. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival will incur the full charge
Dates: 1 May – 31 Oct
Cancellation period during Peak Season – 30 days cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refundable. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur the full charge
Dates: 1 Nov – 30 Apr
No shows & stays that are cut short incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full villa/room rate for the entire period booked
Cancellation Policy:

50% payment 30 days before the event – non-refundable
Doornberg cannot be held responsible for any financial loss or for damage to the belongings of any persons permitted to occupy the property nor for any injury sustained by them or any member of their party whilst such persons are staying at the property.
